INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION – EASY CLUTCH PRO
Thanks for choosing the Pro-Spec Easy Clutch Pro for your ride. The Easy Clutch has been designed to reduce
the load applied on the clutch lever while shifting gears. This makes riding more comfortable in traffic
conditions.

Follow the instruction carefully to ensure the desired benefit of the Easy Clutch.
1. Remove the cable head from the clutch lever as shown in Fig-A. You may also relax the adjuster from
the Engine yoke as shown in Fig – B, lock nut (2) to facilitate the release of the cable from the yoke.
2. Disassemble the cover by unscrewing all screws in the Housing (Sl. no 1). Remove the Fulcrum from
the body. Insert the OE Bike Cable into the adjuster and place the head of the cable into the fulcrum,
as shown in Fig – C.
3. Thread the Pro-Spec short cable (Sl. No. 2) into the left side of the Housing and insert the cable head
into the Fulcrum as shown in Fig – C.
4. Slide the head of the Pro-Spec short cable head (Sl. No. 2) into the clutch lever and ensure to place
the dust boot on the lever.

  • Page 2 Adjust the clutch release point at around 50% of the clutch lever release. • Should you find the release point below 40%, THREAD OUT THE ADJUSTER on the right or the left side of the Easy Clutch housing (Fig -D) until the release point is achieved.
