Drill (HOLE B) down with a long drill bit sized to the to-
tal size of your wire through two (2) top plates (3") into
interior of wall. Determine where from the 45-degree
angle of the long 1/8" bit. The center of the top plates
should be approximately 1 3/4" from point where the
angled bit exits into the crawl space at edge of top plate
1 3/4"
