- Page 3 Safety Valve There is a safety valve (pressure relief valve) supplied with the water heater. While the device is heating, expect a few water drops to fall. This is normal as it helps to decrease the pressure in the tank. The back pressure valve ensures that hot water does not ow back into the cold water supply.
- Page 4 Full connecting. Use a minimum 1.5mm or 16 gauge wire. Hook up to a 20amp fuse before you hook up to your 20amp circuit breaker (red/brown is positive). Use the thermostat to set the temperature. The set temperature is controlled automatically, the signal lamp indicates the heating up of the boiler.
