Where is the battery cover on the old medic? Battery does not seem to properly charge. Output seems weaker. Battery has never been changed.

The provided context does not specify the location of the battery cover on the Revitive Medic Coach. However, to address weak output and charging issues:

1. Charging Issues:
- Ensure the power adaptor is plugged into both the device and a working electrical socket.
- Charging does not occur while a stimulation program is running.
- A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours.
- The battery indicator will show when the battery is low and needs charging.

2. Weak Output Issues:
- Check if the device is fully charged.
- Ensure proper contact with the Electrode Body Pads or SoftTouch Pads.
- Confirm that the intensity level is set appropriately.
- Replace the Electrode Pads if they are worn out or not making good contact.

If issues persist, consult the user manual or customer support.
