Unrivalled Versatility
The key to maximizing the effectiveness of the JB2 Byrds LE is to understand the basic setup.
The On/Off switch (red LED) controls the Bass, Treble, Gain and Attack functions. The
JangleBoost (blue LED) controls the J-Boost Gain and J-Boost Tone. The Attack is common to
both sides of the compressor. When the JangleBoost is activated, the Bass, Treble and Gain are
inoperable.
Among many variations, the JangleBoost can work as a treble or bass boost, or, by adjusting the
J-Boost Gain louder than the regular Gain, can create a "boost-on-boost" effect.
