    RBF 32/21 Instruction Manual SKU: 77-021 1. INTRODUCTION 1-1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Three safety precautions are described in this instruction manual to avoid risks on human body during operation. Be sure to read these precautions before using our products. Each meaning as follows; DANGER: Indicates a high-risk hazard.

Do not allow unskilled or untrained person to operate this product. Person who does not pay attention is highly possible to suffer serious burns. 2.

    RBF 32/21 Instruction Manual SKU: 77-021 CAUTION 1. Periodically, check and clean the rotation driving parts. Remove wax on the bearing system. Rotation can be suspended by wax and rust sticking which lead over load at each driving part. 2. Do not try to cool inside of the furnace forcibly and very rapidly using a fan. Particularly, if forced at high temperature, the door frame material may be cracked or deformed.

    RBF 32/21 Instruction Manual SKU: 77-021 2) Monthly update password In case this product is used by monthly use conditions, this password is necessary on or after the first day of the month to which the next monthly calculation starting time belongs. Monthly calculation starting time is 0:00 a.m.

Apply power specified voltage printed on the label. Should any voltage exceed beyond the specified voltage, the manufacturer is not responsible to guarantee performance of RBF32/21. 2) When ordering spare parts, specify the production serial number that is printed on that label.

Do not forget to push rotation button for 2 seconds after taking flask out of furnace to continue. The back ground color will turn pink.

BLACKOUT If electric power supply failed, control system reacts as follows; 1) MANUAL BURNOUT MODE When electric power supply is restored, this product does not resume heating automatically. Check setting value of temperature. Press START key, so that this product will resume its running. 2) AUTOMATIC BURNOUT MODE (blackout and recovery before the set time of Step 1) In case blackout happened during standing by and restored before start time of Step 1, this product resumes its running when power supply is restored.

The time lost will be resumed and burnout cycle will be delayed for the time equal to blackout time period.

Try to set temperature with utmost attention. 1. Be sure to check setting temperature of this function before startup. Change it if necessary. 2.

Wiring should be made by a qualified technician under correct method. There might be electric contacts molten down or a fire caused by it.

  • Page 55 RBF 32/21 Instruction Manual SKU: 77-021 IMPORTANT The position of thermocouple is important to avoid short life of thermocouple and heater or poor effect of burning smoke. Protruding length should be adjusted to approx. 10mm. 8) Place afterburner onto the top of RBF32/21 main body. Connect cables for afterburner from built-in power control box of RBF32/21 main body as the figures below and in the next page.
  • Page 56 RBF 32/21 Instruction Manual SKU: 77-021 9) Fix afterburner body with fixation plates and bolts. 10) Attach terminal block cover of afterburner body. 11) Place dew protection pan, so that weep hole should be positioned at the front left. Let each gap fit on eye bolts. Attach hose onto weep hole (hose is not included). Drain eye bolt 12) Be sure to assemble adiabatic and dew protection board for afterburner as the figure.

Especially, perform the following maintenance work periodically. 8-1. CLEANING FILTER FOR COOLING FAN CAUTION It is recommended to clean filter every work day, although cleaning cycle depends on frequency of use and work environment.
