Prior to utilizing the StressX Elite system, all individuals participating in StressX Elite training or exposure, should receive proper training in it’s safe use by a certified StressX Elite instructor or master instructor.

The StressX Elite Belt and Arm Shockers do not require batteries as they are powered from the StressX Elite Controller.
