Step 1
Preparing the door & lock:
Do not remove the sticker on the rear
of the lock body, it is there to help
keep the remote locking tab down.
If the sticker has been damaged or
removed, ensure the remote locking
tab at the rear of the lock is pushed
completely down before
assembling the lock body into the
door cut out.

Step 2
For new installations:
Once the desired lock height has been decided, drill
and cut out both sides of the door as per the
dimensioned drawing below.
Note: Modifications to existing cutout may be required
(see Step 3). Lock heights for doors leading onto pool
areas, are regulated. Check with your local authority
for confirmation.
For Replacement Re-installation:
The front door edge cut-out may require modification.

Tools required:
Tape measure, Pencil, 1/16" drill bit, drill, flat head screwdriver, Phillips head screwdriver.

Step 3
Installation of the lock body:
With the lock body tongue facing to the top, insert the
lock body into the cut out in the front edge of the door.
Secure the lock body using the 2 x 13mm fixing screws
provided.
Important: Ensure that the main lock tongue is fully
extended by depressing the firing pin and that the lock is
deadlocked by the cylinder before fitting the cylinder
screw. The lock must be mounted with the tongue facing
to the top. The product warranty cannot be guaranteed
if the lock is mounted upside down.

Please Note:
• The cam should rotate
towards the front edge of
the door frame.
• When installing the
cylinder, the cam needs to
be in the upright position
as shown below.
