- Page 3 4. INSTALL WHEELS Place the wheel hub on the axle by simply pushing in the wheel until it snaps in place, so the wheel cannot be removed.To remove the wheels, lift back of trailer up and simply push on the push buttons located on the axle and remove the wheel (See diagram).
- Page 4 7. ATTACHING THE TOP COVER Position cover over the top of the trailer so that the roll-up window with bug mesh screen is positioned over the front of the trailer. The cover is designed to keep passengers and cargo dry and warm in inclement weather and protects from flying debris.The rain PVC cover can be rolled up to allow for added ventilation in hot weather.
- Page 5 10. FIXING THE DRAW-BAR In order to fix the draw-bar push the round end into the receptacle provided(Figure 1) on the left -hand side. Secure the inserted draw-bar with the quick-action tension jack supplied(pos.a) and the locking pin (pos.b) (Figure 2). The bend in the draw-bar is now facing the right with respect to the direction of travel. Important: Ensure that the pin is securely locked, because a loose draw-bar could result in your losing control of the trailer while riding.
- Page 6 12. INSTALL THE JOGGER WHEEL Please install the jogger wheel as below showing photos step by step. Spare parts of whole jogger wheel (1).insert the front fork into the wheel part in right position, make the 2 wholes in concentric position, (2).
- Page 7 14.USING THE FRONT JOGGER WHEEL Fixed the jogger wheel: (1).pull up the black bottom on the jogger wheel, make the “A” direction on the frontal, please see below photos (2).turn the jogger wheel make it located on a central front or a behind position, then the jogger wheel will fixed automatically, please see the below photos.
