Problem
Food is
Overcooked/Burnt
Food is not evenly

undercooked.
Unit does not
power up

IMPORTANT – RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
Possible Cause
Cooking Temperature is set too
high.
Cooking time is too long.
Certain foods require turning or
shaking part way through cooking
Cooking Temperature is set too
low.
Cooking time is too short.
The Drawer (4) has been
overfilled.
The Trivet (6) has not been fitted
to the base of the Drawer (4)
reducing air flow.
Air Fryer has not been pre-heated See 'Pre-Heating Your Air Fryer'
Power Button (10) time.
No power to the Air Fryer.
Fuse has blown
The Drawer (4) is not inserted or
not pushed fully home.
Food trapped under Trivet (6).
Previous food remains on Drawer
(4)/Trivet (6).

Possible Fix
Check cooking temperature and
adjust the Temp Selection (11)
accordingly.
Check cooking time and reduce
the cooking time on the Timer
Selection (8) accordingly.

above.
Check cooking temperature and
increase the Temp Selection (11)
accordingly.
Check cooking time and increase
the cooking time on the Timer
Selection (8) accordingly.
Ensure that the Drawer (4) is not
filled to the brim please leave a 3-
4cm area free for the air to
circulate.
Ensure the Trivet (6) is inserted in
the base of the Drawer (4).

Rotate the Timer clockwise to the
desired cooking time.
Check that the mains plug is
inserted into the socket and the
socket is switched on (if
applicable).
Check by substitution.
Ensure the Drawer (4) is inserted
and pushed fully home.
Ensure Drawer (4) and Trivet (6)
are clean.
