All the lights come on blue, but no motor sounds? It was thoroughly cleaned, bagged and stored after last summer. Less than 2 years old. Very disappointed with the quality.

    NORMAL MODE You can set the fan speed Low / Medium / High. NATURAL MODE The device can give you a feeling of a natural breeze in NATURAL mode. The fan speed can be set Low / Medium / High. Low speed: Provides a light natural breeze.

    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Dust may accumulate on the air outlet, which would affect the fans performance. Therefore, it's recommended to clean the fan at least once a month. 1. Turn off and unplug the fan. Attention: make sure to unplug the power cord when cleaning the fan, otherwise it might cause electric shock or damage the machine.
