- Page 3 2. ADJUSTING TRAY HEIGHT Loosen Main Stem Knob & Side Stem Knob. Pull and hold Main Stem Knob outward to adjust tray height. Release Main Stem Knob to lock Tray Top in place at desired height. Finally, tighten Main Stem Knob & Side Stem Knob to secure Tray Top When adjusting Tray Top, never exceed Safety Mark.
