Phone book
(Menu 1)
In this menu you can use the
following functions:
• Search: Recalls the desired name
and phone number from the Phone
book e.g. for calling. See Making a
call with Phone book on page 7.
Service
Nos.: Calls the service
number of your service provider
stored in your SIM card.
Add
name: Allows you to store a
name and phone number in the
Phone book (see also "Storing a
phone number" on page 8).
• Erase: Allows you to delete names
and phone numbers from the
Phone book one by one or all at
once.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the
stored names and phone numbers.
Assign
tone: Sets the phone to
play the desired ringing tone when
you receive a call from a particular
phone number. Scroll to the
caller's name or phone number,
press
(Assign), and select the
desired ringing tone.
Send
b'card: Allows you to send a
name and phone number to a
compatible phone.
Options

Type of
Determines how the stored phone
numbers and names are shown.

Memory
how many names and phone
numbers can still be stored and are
currently stored in the Phone book.
Speed
dials: Sets the desired
number key (
as a speed dialling key. Scroll to
the desired key, press
(Assign), and select a name or
phone number.
Voice
tags: You can dial a phone
number by saying one or more
words ('voice tags'), for example a
name, attached to it. This function
allows you to record a voice tag to
any phone numbers stored in the
Phone book. You can also listen to,
change, and erase the recorded
voice tags.
To record a voice tag: Select
voice
tag, select the desired name
or phone number, and press
(Start). Say clearly the word(s) you
want to record as a voice tag.
