WARRANTY/DISCLAIMER ScanAi warrants this unit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. ScanAi’s WARRANTY adds 10 days grace period to the normal one (1) year product warranty to cover handling and shipping time. This ensures that ScanAi’s customers receive maximum coverage on each product.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INSTALLATION ScanAi SC800Pro can be used in public spaces—such as businesses, factories, and concerts—as an effective tool to measure skin surface temperature and identify individuals with elevated skin temperature.  The accuracy of the thermal measurement refers to the relative accuracy of the sensor when measuring temperature.
