INTRODUCTION
The Buccan contact grill, perfect for grilling all your favorite food. Please
read the manual carefully to understand how to use the contact grill.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
• Only use the appliance in the way indicated in these instruntions.
• Never use this unit near bathtub, shower, wash-hand basins or other
containers with water.
• Never use this apparatus with the wet hands.
• If, unfortunately the apparatus is wet, immediately withdraw the cord
of the socket-outlet.
• The appliance must be used only for its intended purpose. No
responsibility can be taken for any possible damage caused by
incorrect use or improper handling.
• Children and persons with disabilities are not always aware of the
danger posed by the use of appliances.
• This device can be used by children aged 8 years and older and

FIRST TIME USE
For the first time use the emission of smoke and smell is
normal.
Clean the Cooking Plates by wiping a sponge or cloth
dampened in warm water and after dry with a cloth or paper
towel. For best results, lightly coat the cooking plates with a little
cooking oil or cooking spray
USAGE TIPS
• Place the unit on a level surface making sure it is not in
contact with a wall, corner or curtains.
• Insert the plug into the power outlet, you will notice that the
red power light will goes on. Turn the temperature knob
to MAX and the green ready light goes on. Indicating the
appliance is heating up.
• Allow your appliance to pre-heat until the green ready light
goes off. This indicates that the cooking plate have reached
the correct temperature for cooking.
• For best results, lightly spray the cooking plate with a cooking
oil spray before using. This will assist in the removal of the
food after cooking.

• Once the green ready light is goes off the contact grill is ready
for usage. The green ready light will continue to goes on and
off during the cooking process indicating that the appliance is
heating up appropriately.
FLAT OPEN GRILL
The upper and lower plates line up to create one large cooking
surface. The Grill Toaster to this position, locate the hinge
release lever on the right arm.
Angle button with your left hand on the handle, use your right
hand to slide the lever toward you. Push the handle back until
the cover rests flat on the counter. The unit will stay in this
position until you lift the handle and cover to return it to the
closed position.
CLEANING THE CONTACT GRILL
Always turn off the power and remove the plug after and before
cleaning.
• The grill plates are coated with non-stick cooking surface,
therefore little cleaning is required. Simply wipe cooking plate
over with a damp cloth.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders or cleaners.
• Do not place in the dishwasher.
• Before next use, lightly grease the cooking plate for easy
removal of prepared food.
