Tips for TWS pairing

TWS pairing is a technical term for using the Bluetooth product. Make two Bluetooth enable devices to be in wireless connection. The left and right channel earphones will be automatically distinguished. The left earphone is the main one and can be paired and connected with a Bluetooth mobile phone. After making a TWS connection, you can play and pause music through both earphones, but only the left (main) earphone has a call function. When the TWS earphones are in an on state, press and hold the power (multifunction) button of one earphone (left or right) for 3 seconds to power them both off. However, when they are in an off state, you need to separately power them on at the same time to reconnect them.

Basic use

Switching the earphones ON or OFF

To switch ON when both earphones are in an OFF state, press and hold the power (multifunction) button for 3 seconds for both earphones at the same time until the white indicator light flashes 3 times with a voice prompt of "power ON".

To switch OFF when both earphones are in ON state, press and hold the power (multifunction) button of one earphone (left or right) for 3 seconds to power off both earphones until the red indicator light flashes 3 times with a voice prompt of "power OFF".

Automatic reconnection

When both earphones are in an OFF state, switch them on at the same time and they will reconnect automatically. And the left (main) earphone will reconnect to the paired mobile phone automatically.

Troubleshooting

The headphones cannot be turned on

Recharge your headphones

Music is not playing

Make sure that both devices are paired and connected and that "Media playback" is enabled in your Bluetooth settings.
Make sure your device has an "A2DP" Bluetooth profile.

Bluetooth device will not reconnect/ pair with the headphones

  1. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device, tap "BH406" and select "Forget". Now you can try the pairing operation again.
  2. It is possible that you are not able to connect because the Headphones are paired with another nearby device. You will have to disconnect the other device, or even turn off its Bluetooth function. Now you can try again to pair or reconnect.
  3. Turn on/off the Bluetooth function in your device or restart the device itself (not the headphones).
