ITROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM
Unit does not operate.
SOLUTION
Check that the unit is plugged in.
Check that filter is in place.
Confirm that filter is upgraded replacement filter.

PROBLEM
Unit shuts off unexpectedly.
SOLUTION
Check that unit is plugged into a
working electrical outlet.
Check that filter is firmly in place.
Check that the rear cover is latched firmly in place.

No air circulating from unit.
SOLUTION
Unplug unit check pre-/HEPA filters.
Clean pre-/HEPA filter if necessary.
Replace filter if necessary.
PROBLEM
Increase in noise level.
