PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS

Charge the device before use. Use the Micro-USB cable (9) sup- plied. The LED lights up red when the unit is charging. The LED switches off when charging is completed.

Pairing the headphones with a mobile phone

• Make sure that the device is switched off and turn off Bluetooth® on the phone.
• Press and hold down the multifunction button (1) for approx. 5 seconds until the LED (5) flashes red/blue in alternating fashion.
• Turn on Bluetooth® on the phone and select ASTROS after it has been detected. The LED (5) on the device will now flash blue to show that the unit has been paired.
  If pairing is unsuccessful, turn the device off and try again.

if the device or the phone has been turned off or is out of range, you may need to use the menu on your phone to pair them again; or, just press the MF button (1) once.

Pairing the headphones to a second phone (multipoint operation)

• Turn Bluetooth® off on the first phone
• To connect to the second phone, see the instructions in the sec- tion, "Pairing the headphones with a mobile phone"
• Once the connection has been established with the second phone, turn on Bluetooth® on the first phone and select ASTROS if it does not connect automatically.

To turn the headphones ON: hold down the MF button (1) until the blue LED (5) turns on (approx. 3 seconds).
To turn the headphones OFF: hold down the MF button (1) until the blue LED (5) turns off (approx. 3 seconds).

USE

Play/Pause: press the multifunction button (1)
Rew: press and hold down the -/Rew button (3)
FF: press and hold the +/FF button (2)
To adjust the volume: press the Volume + or Volume - buttons (2 or 3) briefly.
To answer a call: press the multifunction button (1) briefly.
Bass amplification: press button 4 to increase bass amplification
To end a call: press the multifunction button (1) briefly.
Battery discharged indicator: if the LED (6) flashes red and you hear a tone every 2 minutes, the battery is low.
