STEP 1
Install the Skype Software
Make sure that your computer is connected the
Internet before starting installation.
1.
Insert SkyMagic CD into the CD-ROM drive.
2.
At the installation screen, Click on Install Skype
software to open the Skype web page.
3.
Download the latest version of Skype software from
www.skype.com.
4.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install the Skype
software on your computer.
Create a New Skype Account
If you already have a Skype Name, sign in to your
Skype account and proceed to Step 2.
1.
Launch the Skype software, click on Don't have a
Skype Name? to open the create account window.
2.
Choose your Skype Name and password. Enter the
required information (denoted by a red asterisk) and
click Sign In.
Make a Skype Test Call
You must have a microphone and speaker
connected to computer to do the test.
1.
Select the Skype Test Call in the Contacts Tab.
Click the green call button.
2.
Follow the voice instructions to test your installation.
STEP 2
Connect the Phone to Your PC
1.
Plug the phone into an USB port of your computer.
2.
Window detects the phone as several new hardware
devices and installs necessary drivers automatically.
Window may skip this step if the drivers have been
previous installed on your PC,
3.
Wait until all drivers are installed,
Depending on the Window configuration, you may
need to restart your computer after all drivers are
installed.
