SmartRecorder™ 4 Troubleshooting Guide
SmartRecorder™ 4 with Accessories
Maintenance and Diagnostics Guide
vs 1.1 (February 2018)
The SmartRecorder 4™ (SR4) System captures and stores exception-based videos of your vehicles and drivers
on the road. The SR4 is triggered by unsafe accelerations, excessive speeds, and manual activations. When
triggered, the system records multiple videos, audio, and vehicle movements, providing a comprehensive view
about what caused the event. The system automatically sends the events to the SmartDrive Expert Review
Center for analysis and presentation to the fleet supervisor.
