    1.0 - Introduzione al manuale Elcos S.r.l. desidera ringraziarVi per avere acquistato un quadro di commutazione serie QC. Questi quadri sono il risultato della progettazione, della selezione dei migliori componenti, dell’accurato assemblaggio e delle severe prove, a cui è sottoposto ogni prodotto ELCOS.

    Se permangono dei dubbi dopo la consultazione dei paragrafi seguenti e degli allegati, interpellate un incaricato Elcos o rivolgeteVi al più vicino Centro Assistenza Autorizzato. Tutte le operazioni devono essere effettuate sempre nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza.

    Isolare la zona circostante il quadro, precludendo la possibilità di avvicinamento alle persone non autorizzate. Anche se i prodotti ELCOS sono conformi alla normativa sulla compatibilità elettromagnetica è consigliato di NON installare il quadro (ed il gruppo) vicino ad apparecchiature che non sopportano la presenza di campi magnetici o che ne emettono.

    Fig. 1 – SCHEMA PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO QUADRO QC I collegamenti ausiliari tra quadro QC e il quadro Elcos a bordo gruppo elettrogeno, devono essere eseguiti con 3 cavi separati; in particolare n.1 cavo 8 x 1,5 per i collegamenti dei comandi di blocco e commutazione, n.1 cavo 5 x 1,5 per la misura della presenza rete e n.1 cavo 3G 2,5 per l’alimentazione della scaldiglia motore (se prevista).

  • Page 12 Il ciclo di funzionamento è cosi composto; al mancare della tensione o allo sconfinamento dei valori, (tarature e settagli impostati nella scheda Elcos a bordo gruppo elettrogeno) e con gruppo elettrogeno in posizione di AUTOMATICO, viene sempre comandata l’apertura del contattore Rete. Successivamente all’avviamento del gruppo elettrogeno si ha la chiusura del contattore II (vedi Fig.1 o schema elettrico QC) che alimenta l’impianto utilizzatore.
