conditions of use IFOAM PRO is a machine for generating and applying active foam at low pressure, and then rinsing with water at high or low pressure. It is suitable for work in kitchens and food companies, as well as for the use of tested aggressive chemicals. It can be used in exhaust ducts and fume hoods. -

- Page 14 operating instructions Steps for a correct installation of your IFOAM PRO: Placement of your IFOAM PRO: Place your IFOAM PRO on a smooth and stable surface. Once the machine is in an optimal position for the work to be carried out, lock the brakes on the front wheels to keep the machine stable.

The lance is connected directly to the equipment by means of a high-pressure hose. Connection and disconnection must be carried out when the equipment is switched off. Connect the high-pressure hose to your Ifoam.

Once the lance and spray gun assembly is connected, mount the required nozzle according to the desired angle of incidence for rinsing. The LED strip will turn green in colour, with increasing and decreasing intensity. The equipment is ready for use. Activate low pressure foaming system For low-pressure foaming, the black nozzle must be fitted. -

The LED strip will turn orange and the work can be started. The LED strip will turn off. Pump maintenance When the equipment has exceeded 500 working hours, the LED strip will turn red as a pump maintenance warning. It will only turn red when idle, while a function is being carried out it will turn the same colour as the function.
- Page 23 operating instructions Steps for a correct shutdown of your IFOAM PRO: Disconnection of the mains water supply: Close the mains water supply tap. Select the manual rinse function and operate the spray gun so that no product remains in the gun. Disconnect the hose from your IFOAM PRO.

It is a degreaser especially indicated for cleaning, sanitising and deodorising areas particularly dirty with grease and burnt residues in installations and materials in the food industry such as meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, restaurants, dairies, etc.

It should also be placed in its normal working position (upright) and the brakes on the front wheels should be applied. It is not recommended to place the machine on a transport pallet or similar.
