    4.2 ADJUSTING COMPONENTS TILLER ANGLE ADJUSTMENT • Turn Cap (E) outwards and upwards to disengage the pin. • Simultaneously, adjust the tiller fore-and-aft to the most comfortable angle.     MS01010031 CAUTION: • The time needed to recharge will vary depending on the depletion of the battery. Charging for longer than necessary will not harm the battery. The battery cannot be overcharged. • Please follow the above charging instructions. After the battery is fully charged, remove the battery charger cord from the battery and unplug the charger from the wall outlet.
