GuARANTEE
Havells Personal Grooming products are guaranteed against
manufacturing defect for a period of Two Years from the date of
purchase. The defective product will be repaired/replaced within
guarantee period free of cost provided it is sent (freight paid), securely
packed to our nearest authorized dealer/service center along with the
purchase bill and guarantee card duly filled in and stamped by the
selling dealer. Damaged/broken or worn-out parts will be charged basis
company's list price.
The guarantee is valid subject to the following:
1. The product is used and maintained properly and the damage is
not due to negligence, mishandling, toppling or falling off of the
product, distorted/damaged blades, accident and attempted
repairs by unauthorized persons.
2. The product is purchased from Havells authorized dealers/retailers
only.
3. The serial number of the product is not missing, deleted, defaced
or altered.
4. The product is used for personal/ domestic purpose only.
The guarantee shall not apply:
Havells India Ltd. shall, however, be liable up to the maximum of the
price charged for the product and shall have no responsibility for any
indirect or consequential damage.
