8. Installation and operation
8.1 install
8.1.1 Lifting
Please use a safety steel cable to hook the two ring head bolts above the compressor
housing to lift the compressor.
Do not collide with the compressor body during handling or hoisting, especially the
components installed on the body, and keep it level. Landing is strictly prohibited.
8.1.2 place
When applied to conventional systems, the compressor must be placed horizontally.
It is recommended to install the compressor with a fixed steel bracket and use a damping pad
to reduce the impact of compressor vibration on the system. When the damping pad is
installed, the four bolts at the bottom corner should be subjected to uniform force, and the nuts
should be tightened to just enough to slightly deform the damping pad. Recommended
