    Before you start MAINS VOLTAGE SELECTOR Unless specifically requested at time of order, the DB8008 is set at the factory for operation from 230V, 50/60Hz AC mains. To change the mains voltage for 115V operation, first remove the top cover of the unit. A clearly marked slide switch is next to the AC mains connector on the device circuit board.

    • We do not recommend installation in rooms with high humidity, dusty places or other aggressive conditions. • Although it is expected that a DB8008 will be installed close to exciters (or transmitters of even higher-power!), please practice reasonable care and common sense in locating the unit away from abnormally high RF fields.

    Warranty! Mounting RACK REQUIREMENT The DB8008 mounts in a standard 19-inch equipment rack and requires only 1¾ inches (1U) of vertical rack space. The use of plastic washers is recommended to protect the painted finish around the mounting holes.
