    2.2 Consignes de sécurité particulières propre au câble  Ne jamais toucher le câble lorsqu'il est sous charge.  Le port de gants est obligatoire pour toute manipulation du câble.  Ne jamais manipuler le câble lorsque qu'un opérateur est à la commande du matériel.

    3.3 Décrabotage Le décrabotage permet de désolidariser le tambour de la transmission, libérant ainsi le tambour et permettant le déroulage du câble à la main. Cette opération ne peut se faire que moteur arrêté et câble détendu. Il est formellement interdit d’essayer de craboter ou de décraboter lorsque le treuil est en fonctionnement et/ou en charge.

    3.5 Positionnement Le treuil est prévu pour fonctionner avec le tambour horizontal. Pour un fonctionnement dans une autre position, veuillez contacter notre service technique. Pour la mise en position : S’assurer préalablement que le plan de pose est plan (0.5mm / m) et rigide (épaisseur mini du la tôle 5mm).

    3.7 Fixation Le treuil doit être fixé par 4x vis 3/8-12 de qualité grade 5 ou supérieur La totalité des trous de fixation doit être utilisé. Le couple de serrage doit correspondre au tableau ci-dessous.     3.1 Clutch The clutch release allows the drum to be disconnected from the transmission, freeing the drum and allowing the cable to be unwound by hand. This operation can only be carried out with the engine stopped and the cable slackened.

    4 INSTALLATION AND OPERATIONS 4.1 Operating position Our winches are designed to operate with drum in horizontal position. The frame has to be under the drum. For any another operating positioning, please contact our engineering department. Ensure that the pre-Laying plan is flat (0.5mm / m) and rigid. Place the winch on the Laying plan by verifying that the attachment plates are based on the perfect Laying plan.

    4.2 Fastening The winch has to be fixed with 4 fasteners 3/8-18 grade 5 or superior. All the holes are to be used for the winch fixation. The tightening torque must correspond to the chart below Couple (N.m) 44Nm The tightening of fixation screws must be checked after the first five operating hours, then every 3 months.

    5 Preventive and corrective maintenance: 5.1 Preventive Maintenance 1. Check that all screws and nuts are tight. 2. Check the electrical connections and replace them if corrosion is apparent. 3. Check the cable every time it is used. Any damage (crushing, cutting, broken strand, pinching) makes it necessary to change the cable.
