• Do not connect in series!
• De-energized only when disconnected!
• Do not cover during operation!
• Only use in dry rooms!
• Always place the product so that the socket is easily accessible and you can easily reach the main plug!
• When touching damaged, open or live parts, there is the risk of electric shock!
• Consider maximum switching capacity.
• Appliances including heating elements should never be left unattended during operation. The manufacturer recommends such appliances not to be connected to the countdown timer.

Intended use

With this countdown timer lamps and appliances can be switched off after adjustable time very easily. Typical example would be to switch off a battery charger after a certain time. Besides that, e.g. a floor lamp can be switched on and off every day at the same time by using the optional function of daily repeat. Any other use is considered to be contrary to the intended use. The manufacturer will not be liable for damages resulting from any misuse.

Operation

Plug in the countdown timer into a socket and connect the appliance which should be switched.

Choose one of both functions by your request as follows:

• One-time countdown:
  Push the button „CD ON" as often as the LED´s for the requested countdown-time will be illuminated together.
  (1x = 15 Min up to 12x = 9 H, push button again will switch off socket again)
  The socket keeps switched on until countdown-time expires and will be switched off afterwards.
  During running of the one-time countdown, the illuminated LED's displaying the remaining time in the corresponding steps.
• Countdown with daily repeat function:
  Please start adjustment at that time where the daily countdown shall be started (e.g. at 18:00 PM).
  Push the button „REPEAT" as often as the LED for the requested countdown-time will flash slowly (e.g. 6x = 3 H).
  By this adjustment the countdown timer will switch on and off the socket daily repeating (e.g. from 18:00 PM to 21:00 PM = 3 H).
  During running the daily repeat countdown, the relevant LED is flashing (e.g. 3 H).
  Note: Delete this daily repeat function by removing the countdown timer from the socket.

Maintenance and cleaning

The product is maintenance-free. Clean the product with a dry cloth.

Dispose of electric appliances in an environmentally friendly manner!

Electric appliances must not be disposed of in household waste. The European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment rules that used electric appliances should be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.
