Please refer to Service / Warranty If there is no visible damage, then follow the further points. Carefully open the unit by means of the cylinder lock (only applies to the Octaair) Important: Check that the water tank is filled with water (always filled at the factory). If it is not filled with water, do not switch on and call the Smart Air Power GmbH customer service support 0041 41 450 10 89. -
Page 8: Cleaning And Care
Cleaning and Care Always switch off the appliance before cleaning and unplug the mains plug from the socket! Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water or other liquids for cleaning. Clean them with a dry, soft cloth. In case of heavy soiling, wipe the outside of the unit carefully with a damp, soft cloth and then painstakingly dry it. -
