User Guide 1. Breakage or Damage During Shipment The transportation company is fully responsible for all shipping damage and will resolve problems promptly if you handle it correctly. Please read these instructions carefully. Examine the contents of all shipping cases. If you find any damage, call your transportation agent at once and have them make a description on the freight or express bill describing the damage and the number of pieces.

Slowly lift the TRAFFIC FLOW BOARD and check for balanced lifting. Lower and make any necessary adjustments to the lift points. Lift and place the TRAFFIC FLOW BOARD into position above the spacers. Before placing the full weight of the unit on the spacers, align spacers with the holes in the end frame.
8. Power Failure The TRAFFIC FLOW BOARD can be retracted manually if power to the unit is lost. If power loss is temporary, reestablishing power may be easier than manually retracting the lift. If this is not feasible it is recommended that you disconnect 12VDC power sources from the TRAFFIC FLOW BOARD before proceeding.
User Guide Using a 3/4 inch wrench or other suitable tool remove the upper pivot bolt from the main assembly. Manually rotate arrow board to the centered position. Secure arrow board using elastic stretch cords or other suitable means. Retract the lift arm. Support the lift arm with temporary blocking to relieve the tension on the actuator pivot pins.
