Specifieke veiligheidsvoorschriften voor zandstraalketels 1. Voorkom te allen tijde het inademen van vrijkomend stof, draag te allen tijde adembescherming wanneer men werkt met een straalketel i.v.m. stof en met name fijnstof dat vrijkomt tijdens het stralen en in de lucht blijft hangen. Het inademen van fijnstof veroorzaakt ernstige longproblemen. -

3. Assemblage Uitpakken Verwijder de doos en controleer de zandstraalketel op beschadigingen, defecte onderdelen etc.. Indien er sprake is van beschadiging door transport of een defect onderdeel, neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met Uw Zionair verkooppunt. -

Assemblage 1. Zet de wielen (2) vast op de as (5), plaats aan beide zijden van het wiel eerst een ring (51) en vervolgens een splitpen (3). 2. Plaats nu de slang (24) over de slangpilaar (22) aan de onderkant van de tank en zet deze vervolgens vast met de slangklem(23). -

Every sandblaster is supplied with a manual including a declaration of conformity. These must be stored and kept up to date properly. Because of quality reasons constant improvements are going to be made on the equipment, Zionair reserves the right to alter specifications of the equipment described in this manual. -

Specific safety regulations for sandblasters 1. Prevent breathing in dust at all times, wear respiratory protection at all times when one is sandblasting with regard to dust and particulate matter that is released during the blasting and remains in the air. Breathing in particulate matter causes serious lung problems. 2. -

3. Assembly Unpacking Remove the carton and check the sandblaster for damage, defect parts etc.. In case of damage through transport or defect parts, immediately contact your Zionair-retailer. -

Assembly 1. Mount the wheels (16) to the axle (25), first place a washer (not on parts list) on both sides of the wheel and accordingly a cotter pin (14). 2. Place the hose (21) over the tailpiece (23) on the bottom of the tank and secure the hose with the hose clamp (22). -
