Controlling temperature

Temp. control knob
(in the refrigerator compartment)
The default setting of this knob is shown in below
picture.This knob is for adjusting the cooling
strength of the refrigeration system according to
the temperature in the refrigerator compartment.
When the knob is turned to "COLDEST" side,
both compartments (refrigerator compartment
and freezer compartment) are cooled well.
Temp. control lever
(in the freezer compartment)
Set the lever to the center for normal use.
This lever is to open or close the air passage to
the refrigerator compartment.
When the lever is slide to "COLDEST" side, only
the freezer compartment is cooled well.

• The refrigerator compartment is
cooled well.
• Cold air flows into the freezer
compartment more.
Right
• The freezer compartment is
cooled well.
Recommended temperature settings are
shown below.

Energy saving
Use this mode when you want to switch the
refrigerator to energy-saving operation.
While this mode is operating, the inside
temperature of the refrigerator and freezer
compartment becomes higher than the normal
operation as follows.
Freezer
compartment
Under "Energy

saving" mode
3°C plus
Cancel this mode when you feel the beverages
are no cooled enough or ice making takes
longer time.
How to start the operation
Press "Energy saving" button.
How to cancel the operation
Press "Energy saving" button again.
Note
• The efficiency of power saving depends on the
usage environment (controlling temperature,
ambient temperature, frequency of opening or
closing the door, amount of food).
