    Safety Precautions Please read the following Safety Precautions before you start using the projector. • Read all warnings and follow all instructions. • Allow at least 20“ (50 cm) clearance around the projector to ensure proper ventilation. • Place the projector in a well-ventilated area. Do not place anything on the projector that prevents heat dissipation.
  • Page 4 • Do not attempt to circumvent the safety provisions of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding-type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide and third blade are provided for your safety. If the plug does not fit into your outlet, obtain an adapter and do not attempt to force the plug into the outlet.

    Making Connections Connecting to Power DC Power (Power Outlet) 1. Connect the power cord to the power adapter. 2. Connect the power adapter to the DC IN jack at the rear of the projector. 3. Connect the power cord plug to a power outlet. NOTE: When installing the projector, incorporate a readily accessible disconnect device in the fixed wiring, or connect the power plug to an easily accessible outlet near the unit.
  • Page 19 CAUTION:  • Use only the bundled power adapter to charge the battery and supply power to your projector. • Ensure that your projector is connected to the power adapter before turning it on for the first time. We strongly recommend that you use a grounded wall socket while using your projector with the power adapter.

    • Ensure your USB Type-C device can support video transmission. • The X300 can also use a USB-C connected power bank to turn on the system. However, the Light Source Level will be limited to Eco and Battery Saving. After powering on the system, the remaining power will charge the X300’s internal battery.

    • Once paired, if both the projector and your device are powered on they will automatically connect via Bluetooth. • The projector’s name will be labeled as “NOMVDIC X300”. • To connect the X300 with a paired smart device, select “X300” from the smart device’s Bluetooth settings to connect again each time.

    Bluetooth Out Connect the projector to external headphones or speakers that support Bluetooth. To connect and pair your device: 1. Go to: Home > Bluetooth. 2. Use the Left and Right directional buttons on the remote control to select the Bluetooth Out option. Then press OK on the remote control.

    Connecting to Networks Wi-Fi Connection To connect to a Wi-Fi network: 1. Go to: Home > Setting > Network Settings > Wi-Fi. 2. Press Left or Right on the remote control to select Enable.     Using the Projector Starting Up the Projector 1. Ensure the projector’s power cord is properly connected to a power outlet and the Lens Cover is open. 2. After plugging in the DC Power Adapter, switch the Power Toggle to the On position. NOTE: The Status LED will be blinking green during startup, and solid green after the startup process.

  • Page 37 The projector will automatically search for input sources. If multiple sources are connected, press the Left button on the remote control until the source input tab is selected and then choose the input source. NOTE: Ensure the connected sources are also turned on.
  • Page 38: Adjusting The Projected Image

    The cone-shaped feet help the speaker get better and cleaner sounds by reducing any unwanted movements. We suggest using the cone-shaped feet if the X300 is placed indoors and not carried around. The cone-shaped feet are used to prevent possible damage to the surface where the speaker stands.
  • Page 39: Fine-Tuning The Image Clarity

    Fine-Tuning the Image Clarity If the projector is not placed on a flat surface or the screen and the projector are not perpendicular to each other, the projected image can become trapezoidal. However, the “Keystone Adjustment” function can correct the issue. You can improve the clarity of the image by pressing the Focus button on the remote control, then using the Left and Right buttons to adjust.

    Shutting Down the Projector Switch the Power Toggle to Off to power off the projector. NOTE: Pressing Power on the remote control, you can choose from three options: Bluetooth Speaker, Turn Light Source Off, and Restart.

    Operating the Projector Home Screen The Home Screen is displayed every time you start the projector. To navigate the Home Screen, simply use the directional buttons on the remote control. You can return to the main Home Screen at any time by pressing the Home button on the remote control, regardless of what page you are on.

    Menu Operations File Management Easily manage files and folders. 1. Go to: Home > File Management. 2. Select a device on the source list: USB, Local Storage, microSD, etc. Use the directional buttons to select the desired file. Then press OK on the remote control to open the selected file.

It is recommended that you use High Altitude Mode when your environment is between 1,500-3,000 m above sea level, and a temperature between 5°C-25°C.

    Image Setting Menu After your input source is selected, you can adjust the Image Setting menu. To access the Image Setting menu: 1. Press Setting on the remote control. 2. Use the Left/Right buttons on the remote control to select Image Setting (if applicable). 3.

Brightest Maximizes the brightness of the projected image. This mode is suitable for environments where extra-high brightness is required, i.e. well-lit rooms.
