Wear the earbuds to fit your ears

To get the bes t s ound and acti ve noise canc eling, the ear buds have to be positi oned c orrec tl y in your ears. If you don't wear the earbuds pr operl y, they may not wor k, or the sound q uality may be poor. Us e a pair of ear tips that fi t your ears and foll ow the steps bel ow to wear them c orrec tl y.
Step 1. Hol d the upper and lower si des of each earbud and remove them fr om the c harging c as e.
The touc h-s ensi ti ve sens ors will detec t that you are wearing the earbuds when you put them on. T hen, the earbud will emit a sound i nfor ming you that the ear bud is detected.
It is i mportant to make s ur e that all outer microphones are not c overed and ar e expos ed compl etel y. If one micr ophone is cover ed by your ear, your earbuds may not be able to rec ognis e your voic e properly. If your earbuds do not detect your voic e well, s uch as when s ayi ng that you want to us e Bi xby, pleas e c hec k if the micr ophones are c over ed by your ear and tr y adjus ting the position of the earbuds you ar e wearing.
