Maximizes the contrast ratio by making the bright areas of the screen brighter and the dark areas of the screen darker.
Turning this option off may increase energy consumption.
NOTE
When [Brightness Stabilization] is [On], the [Local Dimming] adjustment function is deactivated.
[High]
Sets the local dimming to high.
[Low]
Sets the local dimming to low.
[Off]
Deactivates the local dimming improvement function.
[High]
Select this option for crystal clear images.
[Middle]
The optimized picture quality is displayed when a user wants images between low and high modes for comfortable viewing.
[Low]
The optimized picture quality is displayed when a user wants smooth and natural images.
[Off]
Select this option for the normal user experience. Deactivates the [SUPER RESOLUTION+] function.
Sets up the offset level. (HDMI only)
Offset: as a reference for a video signal, this is the darkest color the monitor can display.
[High]
Maintains the current screen contrast range.
[Low]
Reduces the black levels and increases the white levels of the current screen contrast range.
