    BAGAIMANA UNTUK BEROPERASI Y O G U RT Nasi Putih Rendah Gula & Nasi Multigrain Rendah Gula (Gunakan periuk dalaman keluli tahan karat dan penapis seramik) Untuk nasi rendah gula, kapasiti memasak maksimum ialah 3 cawan beras. Dicadangkan supaya air ditambah sehingga menutupi beras pada ketinggian Y O G U RT 3mm melebihi paras beras.
  • Page 10 Teknologi Memasak Nasi Rendah Gula PERINGKAT 1 MENDIDIH Beras direndam di dalam air dan kemudian dididih pada suhu tinggi. Peredaran air melalui penapis seramik membantu membuang kanji yang tidak sihat daripada bijirin beras. PERINGKAT 2 MELESAP Kanji beras akan meresap ke dalam air kemudian ke dalam periuk dalaman dan diasingkan daripada beras.

Isi periuk dalaman keluli tahan karat dengan 2-5 cawan air dan letakkan barang untuk disteril ke dalam penapis seramik. Tekan butang MENU untuk pilih STERILIZE.

    HOW TO OPERATE Y O G U RT Low Sugar White Rice & Low Sugar Multigrain Rice (Use stainless steel inner pot and ceramic strainer) For low sugar rice, the maximum cooking capacity is 3 cups of rice. It is suggested to add water to cover the raw rice and keep the water level 3 mm higher than raw rice.
  • Page 30 Low Sugar Rice Cooking Technology STAGE 1 BOILING Rice is soaked in water and then boiled with high temperature. Water will circulate in and out of the ceramic strainer to remove unhealthy starch from the rice grains. STAGE 2 LEACHING Rice starch will leach into the water and then into the inner pot and isolated from the rice.
