NOTE: Mac OS does not support MST (Multi-Screen Transport) functionality and will read both monitors as one and not two.     How to Use Hub Usage Plug the hub cord (number 1 on the component list) into a port on your laptop that has one of the symbols shown below. DisplayPort symbol Thunderbolt symbol Plug in the 2 USB-C monitor cords into the hub’s ports (number 5 on the component list).

    Troubleshooting My monitors won’t turn on 1. Make sure you are plugging the hub into a DisplayPort or thunderbolt port on your laptop. 2. Give the hub about 1 minute to read and register your computer. 3. Try plugging in different cords. Sometimes the cord can be the issue.
