Use this guide to find the accumulated time and distance on a retail or IPO treadmill.

NSTRUCTIONS
Models T101, T202, T303, 7.0AT, 7.4AT, Elite T5, Elite T7 Elite T9, T80, and XR Consoles:
1) Press and hold the Incline Up (plus) and Speed Down (minus) keys simultaneously for 3-5
seconds.
2) Use the Speed keys to navigate to Eng4 and hit Enter.
3) Use the Speed keys to navigate the menu to Accumulated Info and hit Enter. The console will
now display Accumulated Time and Accumulated Distance.
4) Press and hold the Stop key for 3-5 seconds or cycle power on the unit or console to reset to
normal function.
Model 7.8AT:
1) Use the Incline Level 15 and Speed Level 12 keys instead of the Incline Up / Speed Down keys
listed above in Step 1. Otherwise, the instructions for navigating the menu and finding the
Accumulated data are identical.
Model T600:
1) Press and hold the Incline Up (plus) and Speed Down (minus) keys simultaneously for 3-5
seconds.
2) Use the Speed keys to navigate the menu to P7 (Accumulated Distance) or P8 (Accumulated
Time) and hit Enter. Press the Stop key to return to the previous screen.
3) Press and hold the Stop key for 3-5 seconds or cycle power on the unit or console to reset to
normal function.
Model T130x:
1) Press Enter (check mark), 3, 0, 0, 1, Enter on the number pad.
2) Use the Speed keys to navigate to Accumulate and press Enter to select.
