Step 1.
Place the blister label side down on the
countertop.

Step 3.
If you encounter a stubborn tablet, place one
hand on top of the crusher and press straight down.

Step 5.
To crush multiple uncoated tablets at once,
place inside a 4 or 6-mil Reclosable Bag then close to
prevent dispersion of the tablet powder and keep the
area clean.

Step 2.
Align the Grip 'N' Crush parallel with the
long side of the tablet. This prevents the tablet from
popping out from under the crusher. Push straight
down to crack the tablet.

Step 4.
Rock back and forth until the tablets are
crushed to the desired consistency.

Step 6.
Push straight down to crack the tablets.
