To complete the warranty claim or replace parts you will need to have the Part Numbers and
Serial Numbers from the Power Supply and Cell. The power supply information is on the left
side label, P/N begins with CLG, and Serial Number under bar code. The cell information is on
the bottom of the cell on a sticker.
The Retro Jet has a 1 year warranty. To process a warranty claim, please submit a claim on

Check cell light is solid red … we cleaned the cell but it did not bubble with the acid

@Mr. Anderson how do you know if its not working. the pool is still clear. but red light is on
I purchased the Solaxx Retro Jet RJ Saltwater Chlorine Generator and the check cell light is on. I spent over $200 on new filters thinking that was the issue but the "check cell light is still on". I pad $850 for this item through the Pool Factory in NJ. I can not fathom that this needs to be replaced already???What else can I do to try and fix this? Can the guts (what ever the slats on the inside) can be replaces so that the item might work again?
