Defrost by weight This is used to set the time to defrost food using its weight. The food weight range is 100-2000g in 100g intervals. 1. Weigh the food you wish to defrost in grams and then place it in the microwave.
Defrost by time This is used to quickly defrost food, using time. The time range is 5 seconds to 95 minutes. The power is set to 30% (P30). This can’t be manually changed. 1. Place the food you wish to defrost in the microwave.
Kitchen timer 1. Press the Kitchen Timer button to enter the timer mode. The timer range is 5 seconds to 95 minutes. 2. Press the Arrow up or down buttons to scroll through the seconds/minutes. 3. Press the Start/+30sec. button to start the timer.
