    Softwareupdates - Co-operation between Pen and App In order for the ErgoPen Neo and the App to work together in an optimum way, both should always be kept up to date. Please check regularly for new updates available in the Google Play Store rsp. the Apple AppStore.

    To disconnect a pen that is paired with your tablet device, you can either use the preferences of the ErgoPen Neo app or the settings menu of your tablet OS. This should only be required if you want to pair another pen with the app while the already paired pen is switched on.

    If the writing tip dries up, you will find a replacement insert in the packaging. STABILO also offers a pack of four replacement inserts for the ErgoPen Neo. Please do not try to replace the insert with a commercially available ballpoint pen refill - the insert of the ErgoPen Neo was specially developed for it.

    10.1 Problems with the pen Loss of Bluetooth-Connection Since the ErgoPen Neo uses up a large part of the possible Bluetooth Low Energy connection bandwidth, several Bluetooth devices in the immediate vicinity may reduce the available bandwidth so much that the remaining bandwidth for the ErgoPen Neo is insufficient.

    If, however, the LED shows a periodic orange double flash after the pen is switched on, the firmware has registered a hardware failure during the self-test of the electronics of the pen.
