Controls and functions

Status LED

The LED light flashes during the pairing process and thus signals that the installation is possible in combination with the app. The LED is not lit during normal operation.

Pair button

The pair button is used to activate pairing mode. The device sends a signal that is registered by the app and which enables the device to be integrated into the app. After the device has been successfully integrated into the app, this button serves as a reset button. If the reset button is unintentionally pressed, the PIN code can be re-entered and the device will be available again without the need for any further action.

The components are also coupled with the central alarm unit. In order to completely remove components, they need to be removed from the app via the device manager.

Arm

The alarm system can be armed via the button. It is not necessary to enter a PIN code. If a delay has been set, a countdown will appear on the display. In this case, the alarm system will only arm those sensors for which there is an alarm delay after the countdown has expired.

information NOTICE!
The alarm cannot be armed if a door/window contact is open, a component has a flat battery or the sabotage contact on the outdoor siren or the central alarm unit has already been triggered. A warning message is issued in this case. Please ensure that all security issues have been resolved so that the alarm system can be used properly again.

Disarm

Disarm the alarm system by clicking on the button on your remote control.

Home mode

If the alarm system has been armed and you switch it to home mode , the system will focus on those components that should remain armed when you are physically present in the home. All of the components registered to the home zone are disarmed.

The normal and 24 hour zones remain armed.

SOS

Pressing the SOS button on the central alarm unit will trigger an alarm. If

the alarm is triggered, the previously configured steps in the event of an emergency are carried out.

Registering the remote control

Ensure that the component is located within the reception range of the central alarm unit. If the reception is not sufficient for the relevant component, change the position of the central alarm unit or, if required, add a second receiver to increase the range of the network.

  • Tap on Settings in the Smart Home app.

Setting up/configuring components

  • Select add Central unit/ Device .
  • Under New device, select the desired component

Remote control

  • Tap on Set up.
  • Follow the further instruc-tions given by the Smart Home app and enter the device PIN when requested.

You can find the relevant device PIN on the device housing. Firstly read off the PIN code, then mount the device and finally set it up. The PIN code may be concealed after mounting and will thus no longer be legible.
