SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

Before turning on the power of CHAMP Powerchair, please read the user manual and pay
attention to the following safety.

The weight limit of Powerchair is 135kg. For safety reason, make sure that your weight does
not exceed the recommended weight limit of the Powerchair.

Please do not use the Powerchair on the lawn, sands, beach, and other uneven surfaces.
Environmental conditions may affect the safety and performance of your Powerchair. Water
and extreme temperatures can cause damage and affect Powerchair performance.

Please follow the safety instructions. Failure to follow the instructions listed in the user
manual may cause damage and could void the Powerchair warranty.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. When the lever is set at the upper position (shown in picture 1), the Powerchair is in the manual
mode.
2. When the lever is set at the lower position (shown in picture 1 ), the Powerchair is in the power
mode.
3. When the footrest frame pin is raised as indicated in picture 2, the footrest can be removed or
turn around 90 degree to correct direction (shown in picture 3)
4. The height of footrest can be adjusted according to the users with a knob (shown in picture 4)
5. Press onto the lever and pull up to detach the armrest (shown in picture 5)
