    OPERATION OPERATION: ° • Set temperature to 357 F (green line - EZ Churro may vary) • LW-PRO-EXP IS PRESET. FLIP SWITCH AND BEGIN THE PRE HEAT • Let unit preheat until heat light turns off (means fully heated) • LW-PRO-EXP will beep once preheating is complete. •...
  • Page 7 CLEANING CLEANING: ALWAYS UNPLUG MACHINE BEFORE CLEANING. When using LollyWaffle Machines with LollyWaffle mix, little to no cleaning is required. However, when you add cooking spray or oil to the mixes, it can cause a much messier cleanup, cause the waffles to stick and will cause burning around the edge of the plates.
  • Page 8 CHANGING THE TEMP OR TIME ON MACHINES • Unscrew the back cover • Locate Motherboard on the left side and identify 4 small black buttons at the bottom of the board. • Plug Machine in and turn on • Small black button on the far left side brings up the temp adjustment.
