Replacing the Lamp unit ( continued )
7) Connect the power plug, press the power < v / b > button on the control panel or
on the remote control.
8) While pressing the a button on the control panel, press and hold the <INPUT/
ENTER> button on the control panel for 8 seconds or more.
The lamp counter will be reset to 0. (At this time, there is displaying nothing.)

9) Press the <INFO.> button on the remote control.
The [Info.] screen is displayed. (For more details, please refer to "Operating Instructions -

Functional Manual" provided on supplied CD-ROM of the projector.)
To make sure that the display of the [Lamp counter] is reset to [0 H].

Please try step 8) again if the lamp counter has not been reset.

Attention
The lamp contains mercury. Contact the local government office or distributor for the correct
z
disposal of the old lamp unit.
After unpacking the lamp unit, discard the packaging material properly.
