Section 1. Installation 1.1. Appliance Dimensions The following dimensions are supplied for guidance purposes only. You should accurately measure your appliance and cabinetry before commencing installation. Your hob is supplied with a fixing kit and seal to ensure that the hob is securely fitted/sealed to the work surface.

1.2. AH4C Wiring Connection EARTH CABLE ENTRY POINT Connect the Earth wire to the terminal marked Earth Connect the Neutral wire to terminal T.1. Connect the Live wire to terminal T.5. N.B. This appliance must be installed by a qualified electrician and should be ‘hard wired’...

Section 3. Operating The Appliance E ach ceram ic heat zone is operated by a control knob (see diagram below ). V arious heat levels can be achieved by selecting the settings ‘1’ to ‘6’. S etting ‘0’ is O FF. S etting ‘1’ is LOW and setting ‘6’ is H IG H . Use pans that have a thick, flat solid base with the same (or slightly larger) diameter than the heating zone being used.
Section 4. Maintenance Disconnect the hob from the electricity supply and ensure that it has been allowed to completely cool down before carrying out cleaning or maintenance. Clean the ceram ic heat zones with warm soapy water or a specialist ceram ic hob cleaner.
