Make sure all parts and accessories are present and in good conditions. If some are missing or not in the best condition, contact the Technical Support Service of Cecotec immediately. Clean all the product’s parts that come into contact with ingredients thoroughly with a sponge or a soft cloth before operating it for the first time. -

Make sure the temperature knob is in the off position and plug the device to a power socket. Select the desired temperature with the temperature knob, the indicator light will turn on while the griddle is heating up, it will take some minutes to reach the optimum temperature. -
