SEATING

Flip-up Armrests
Pull up on the end of either armrest to flip it up for easy transfer on or off your Golden
Eagle. See figure 8.
Do not push with excess force on the arm or use the arm rest as a
aide to support your weight while trying to transfer out of the scooter.
Armrest Angle
To increase the armrest angle, turn the armrest angle screw clockwise.
To decrease the armrest angle, turn the armrest angle screw counterclockwise.
Headrest Height
Press the button in to adjust the height of the headrest.
Backrest Angle
Lift the handle on the left-side of the seat to adjust the angle of the seat back.
Note: The backrest can be folded down to minimize chair height during transport.
Lifting the backrest angle handle will cause the seat back to quickly
fold down. Make sure your are clear of the seat back or hold the seat back with
your opposite hand while making the seat back angle adjustment.
Seat Slide Lever
1.Lift the lever and while holding the lever slide the seat to a comfortable position.
2.Release the lever to lock the seat in place.
Note: The lever is located on the right-side of the seat towards the front of the seat.
