Professional appliance EXPLANATION OF SYMBOLS An appliance is classified as class III when the protection against electrocution is guaranteed by the fact that the appliance does not contain voltages greater than the Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV). This appliance is powered either by a battery or an SELV transformer. -

USE: The hair trimmer was designed and built for cutting and grooming of human hair and beard. INCORRECT USE: Use this appliance only for its intended purpose, do not use with wigs, animal fur or with any material other than human hair. CHARGING THE APPLIANCE • Ensure that the appliance is completely dry. • Ensure that the appliance is off, or turn it off at the OFF switch B (fig. 1). This appliance can be used on battery power or connected directly to the mains power supply. -

USING THE APPLIANCE Turn off the appliance before changing or inserting any accessories. Using the distance comb Check that the appliance is off. Place the comb E (fig. 1) on the cutting edge of the head A (fig. 1) and press it until it engages the head itself, by applying force towards the handle (fig. - Page 8 Removing and cleaning the blade block • Turn off the appliance. • Remove the hair residues from the head using the brush H (fig. 1). • Lubricate the head with the special oil (Fig. 3). • Turn on the appliance briefly to ensure an even distribution of the oil film. Do not dispose of the batteries and/or power adapter with normal domestic waste. This appliance contains LI-PO (Lithium) type rechargeable batteries. The end user is responsible for disposing of the batteries at a special waste collection centre.
